How To Delete Messages On Your BlackBerry and Your Mailbox

If you wish to have messages deleted in your Outlook mailbox when you delete them on your BlackBerry, make the following change on your device.

Open the Messages application. If you have a separate Messages app for your MessageDisk account, open it.

Once you're in the correct Messages app, do the following:

1. Open the Messages menu (depending on your model it's either a click of the click wheel or the Menu button)
2. Select Options
3. Select Email Reconciliation
4. Change Delete On setting to Mailbox & Handheld
5. Click Escape button to close menu
6. Select Save

 That's it! You now have bi-directional message deletion.
